Care:

Bright indirect light:
Phalaenopsis orchids need bright, indirect light to bloom regularly. Place them in a bright spot out of direct sunlight, as their leaves can easily burn. With the right amount of light, their flower spikes will be stronger and produce more blooms.

Moderate and precise watering:
Water when the roots turn from green to a grayish color and the soil is almost dry. Water every 7–10 days, adjusting according to the temperature in your home. Avoid letting water accumulate at the base or crown of the plant to prevent rot.

Average humidity:
It thrives in 50–70% humidity. You can lightly mist around the plant (without wetting the flowers) or place the pot on a saucer filled with damp pebbles. Good humidity helps the flowers last longer by keeping the leaves crisp and vibrant.

It needs a very well-aerated substrate, usually pine bark, so the roots can breathe. After flowering, you can cut the flower spike above the second node to encourage new blooms, or let the plant develop a completely new spike. With good care, Phalaenopsis orchids can bloom several times a year.
